Withdrawing Your Submission
The author should notify the Chief Articles Editor as soon as possible if he/she is withdrawing an article. If your article is accepted by another journal, the Chief Articles Editor appreciates knowing which journal is publishing the article.
Offer of Publication
A member of the Editorial Board will contact you or email with an offer of publication. Once you accept the University of La Verne Law Review’s offer, we expect you to withdraw your article from all other law reviews.
Upon acceptance of our offer, authors will receive an instruction letter, a copyright/licensing agreement for signature, and a request to forward an electronic copy of your article (preferably in Microsoft Word format) to the Editor-in-Chief.
Authors receive a PDF file of their article and three hard copies of the issue of the University of La Verne Law Review in which the article appears. Additional reprints are to be ordered directly from the publisher, and the price of additional reprints varies based on the length of the article.
If you would like to contact the submissions staff you can e-mail LawReview@laverne.edu.
