Karen Bell recently retired as a Chief Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Bernardino, where she worked for worked for over 35 years. Over the years she was assigned to Ontario, Fontana, San Bernardino and Redlands, working as a supervisor for the Redlands D.A. office, the county wide narcotics unit, and the juvenile division and as the Chief Deputy of the Juvenile division county wide. Her recent projects included Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation (CASE), Let’s End Truancy (LET), county wide elder abuse unit, and San Bernardino Gangs and Drug Task Force. She was the legal affairs liaison with the Inland Empire Concerned African American Churches and co-chair of the community prosecution committee for California District Attorneys Association.
