Dean McVay is a partner in the San Bernardino of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare and Insurance Coverage Practices. Mr. McVay has over 27 years of experience in civil litigation including insurance coverage and bad faith, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. McVay has extensive experience defending physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare and long-term care professionals and organizations. He handles cases ranging from pre-litigation matters, to trial, and appeals.
