Julissa is the Director of the Office of Civic and Community Engagement at the University of La Verne. She fosters relationships with local partners to address community issues. With 8 years in nonprofit and public service, Julissa serves on the board of the Latino and Latina Roundtable of San Gabriel and Pomona Valley and the dA Center for the Arts in the City of Pomona.
