Sierra Wildeor

Sierra Wildeor is the Director of Development with CalTrout, a nonprofit focused on revitalizing freshwater ecosystems and resilient wild fish for a better California. She has over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising, operations, and organizational growth.

Sierra holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas and an MPA with an emphasis on Nonprofit Management from the University of La Verne. Driven by early experiences that instilled in her the belief that community building and small acts of kindness can transform lives, she has dedicated her career to values-driven philanthropy, social impact, and advancing equity by pushing up against systemic barriers.
