Paul is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink). He is a 2004 graduate of the La Verne MPA program. He previously worked for the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments on the Alameda Corridor-East capital improvement program. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congressman Adam Schiff.
