The College of Law and Public Service offers a dual degree program for Juris Doctorate and Master of Public Administration (JD/MPA). The interdisciplinary curriculum prepares graduates with the background knowledge and skills necessary to assess the integrated functions of public law, policy development, and execution within all levels of government agencies and private or nonprofit quasi-governmental organizations. Upon satisfying all the requirements for both programs, graduates earn two separate degrees, a J.D. degree awarded by the College of Law and Public Service and an M.P.A. degree awarded by the Department of Public Administration.
