Material may also be submitted by e-mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:l&#97;w&#114;&#101;&#118;&#105;&#101;w&#64;l&#97;&#118;e&#114;ne.e&#100;u\">&#76;awRe&#118;&#105;&#101;w&#64;&#108;a&#118;&#101;r&#110;e&#46;&#101;du<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.\u00a0Published authors will receive a copy of the <em>Law Review<\/em>\u00a0issue in which the material appears.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submissions should include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a table of contents;<\/li>\n<li>an abstract;<\/li>\n<li>footnotes (not endnotes); Citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation\u00a0(Columbia Law Review Ass\u2019n et al. eds., 19th ed. 2010).<\/li>\n<li>the author\u2019s CV;\u00a0and<\/li>\n<li>a cover letter with the author\u2019s name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Withdrawing Your Submission<\/h3>\n<p>The author should notify the Chief Articles Editor as soon as possible if he\/she is withdrawing an article. If your article is accepted by another journal, the Chief Articles Editor appreciates knowing which journal is publishing the article.<\/p>\n<h2>Offer of Publication<\/h2>\n<p>A member of the Editorial Board will contact you or email with an offer of publication. Once you accept the <em>University of La\u00a0Verne Law Review<\/em>\u2019s offer, we expect you to withdraw your article from all other law reviews.<\/p>\n<p>Upon acceptance of our offer, authors will receive an instruction letter, a copyright\/licensing agreement for signature, and a request to forward an electronic copy of your article (preferably in Microsoft Word format) to the Editor-in-Chief.<\/p>\n<p>Authors receive a PDF file of their article and three hard copies of the issue of the <em>University of La\u00a0Verne Law Review<\/em> in which the article appears.
