Conferences are periodically held in Los Angeles.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elgl.org\/\">Emerging Local Government Leaders<\/a>: ELGE is a growing national organization to engage local government professionals.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/icma.org\/\">International City\/County Management Association\u00a0<\/a>(ICMA): ICMA offers several services such as mentoring and coaching, and has affiliate organizations to enhance professional development.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lghn.org\/\">Local Government Hispanic Network<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.laverne.edu\/mpa\/professional-organizations\/icma-student-chapter\/\">ICMA Student Chapter, University of La\u00a0Verne<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mmasc.org\/\">Municipal Management Association of Southern California\u00a0<\/a>(MMASC): We are a longtime university partner.
