DBD Law $1000 Scholarship Opportunity

A college education gives students the chance to study their field of interest that will help them with their careers later in life. However, money is often a major obstacle for most students. At DBD Law, we believe that money shouldn’t get in the way of one’s educational career.

We’re offering a $1000 scholarship once a year to students who are in their first year or plan to start college or graduate school. We believe that helping our students now will give them the opportunity to create a better world for all of us.

Students must be in or planning to enter their first year of college or graduate school.

We’re currently accepting applications for Fall 2018. Applications are due by Sunday, July 15th, 2018.

BLC LAW CENTER SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST

Student loans have become a serious burden for American families. In 2012, for the first time in history, outstanding student loan debt eclipsed both auto loans and credit card debt. Student loans debt has more than quadrupled in the last Golden-Grad-Student-Loan-Burden decade alone and default rates. More troubling, default rates for student loans are more than three times higher than those for credit cards, and that does not take into consideration the large group of outstanding student loan debtors whose loans are “current” but not being paid due to forbearance, deferment, or other temporary suspension.

The scholarship is open to any current 2 year or 4 year college student or law student.

Fall Deadline: July 31, 2018
Spring Deadline: December 20, 2018
