Scholarships funded by endowments and donors are awarded each year to continuing students based on exceptional academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and to students who have demonstrated their ability to further the mission of La Verne Law. A sample of some of the scholarships awarded last year includes:

Joseph and Doleen Borba Scholarship – awarded annually to an outstanding female law student.

Paul Egly Endowed Scholarship – awarded annually to multiple students who have demonstrated their ability to further the mission for the College of Law.

Thomas and Miriam Kendall Scholarship – awarded annually to multiple students for exceptional academics and leadership.

Sean McDonald Endowed Scholarship – awarded annually to a promising student who is interested in a career in tort law.

Society for Justice Endowed Scholarship – awarded annually to a promising student who is interested in a career in tort law.

Robert N. Myers II Book Scholarship – awarded to a first year student who has significantly outperformed admissions indicators.

Roberta McPeters Scholarship – awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academics and leadership.

Herb Hafif Scholarship – awarded to a graduating student who demonstrate exceptional academics and leadership.
