Michael Kennedy is a litigation attorney, and managing shareholder, for ESTELLE & KENNEDY, A Professional Law Corporation. With offices in Upland, Downtown Los Angeles, and Mission Viejo, the law firm’s primary practice areas include family law, general civil litigation (state & federal practice), business formation/litigation, labor/employment law, wills, trust and probate.

As a life-long resident of the Inland Empire, Michael is dedicated to serving his community. In addition to serving on the La Verne College of Law and Public Service-Board of Advisors, Michael serves on the board of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce, as General Counsel, on the SBCERA-Board of Trustees, and the Lincoln Club of San Bernardino County-Board of Directors.

Michael earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Newport University-College of Law and Public Service, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California – Riverside.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael worked for the State of California as a Parole Agent for California Youth Authority and, in 2001, he established Child Support Liberation, Inc., a father’s rights organization.

Michael is a member of the prestigious Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity and Gamma Zeta Boulé.
